NPH's Bay Area Housing Internship Program (BAHIP) is a one-year, paid internship program designed to recruit and train students of color at Bay Area colleges and universities to become housing development professionals. This internship aims to provide a launching pad for college students from low-income communities and communities of color into a career in affordable housing development and project management. We strongly encourage applications from students entering their last year of college in fall 2020 who have an interest in urban studies and/or community development. Students who are bi-cultural and/or bilingual/biliterate are also encouraged to apply.
For more information about BAHIP and our current class of amazing interns, please visit the BAHIP page on our website. Frequently asked questions about the internship and application can be found here.
We will host webinars to answer any questions about the internship and application process for any interested applicants on Monday, February 3rd at 12pm and Wednesday February 13th at 12pm. Please RSVP for the webinar with Monica at Monica@nonprofithousing.org!
