Get involved in the 2024 California Housing Initiative Campaign!

The California Housing Initiative is an opportunity for a breakthrough solution to California’s housing crisis!

It will use a two-pronged strategy to:

Lower the threshold for local housing bond measures from the near-impossible ⅔ to 50%+1 vote. It’ll expand bond uses to support housing services for our most vulnerable residents through a State Constitutional Amendment.
We will simultaneously pass local housing bond measures across the state that will take advantage of the lower threshold. Unlocking billions of dollars for affordable housing and homelessness solutions immediately and for many years to come.
