Join NPH's Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) on Tuesday, June 23 for an upcoming ELPN webinar, “Modular 101.” 

Modular housing is used in affordable housing development to streamline the construction process by cutting time and cost in the development cycle and as a result, increases the pace of housing production during California's affordable and permanent supportive housing shortage. This webinar will discuss the general approach towards affordable and permanent supportive housing development through the lens of design, construction, and development utilizing specific project examples.

The panel will explore lessons learned from modular design and construction practices, discuss modular construction as a housing development production tool, and break down if and how local jurisdictions and developers can apply modular construction to their projects.
